Baking trays built for repeat use

Trays are the hardest-working bakeware in any kitchen. They go in and out of the oven all day, carry cookies, pastries, roasted vegetables and sheet cakes, and get stacked, scrubbed and stacked again. Buying them in matched packs means every tray fits the same rack, bakes the same way and can be swapped between stations without a second thought.

Materials

  • Non-stick carbon steel: quick to heat and easy to release. The FITTO black trays come in 37 × 25, 42 × 29 and 47 × 31 cm.
  • Aluminium: light, rust-free sheet trays that spread heat evenly for cookies and pastry.
  • Stainless steel: sturdy baking and roasting trays, many with handles, that stand up to heavy daily use and repeated washing.

Roasting pans and speciality trays

For hot kitchens and catering, choose deep roasting pans with side handles, a roaster with a rack that lifts meat and poultry above the juices, and a roasting pan with a glass lid. Speciality pieces include a macaron tray with embossed piping guides, pizza and pie pans, round baking trays and a nesting set of four stainless steel trays in graduated sizes.

Choosing the right size

Measure the inside of your oven and your racks before ordering, and leave space around each tray for air to circulate. Smaller ovens usually take trays of around 30 to 37 cm; larger ovens can take 42 × 29 or 47 × 31 cm. Every product page lists the dimensions, so you can check fit before you commit to a pack.

Who it suits

Bakeries baking cookies and viennoiserie, cafés running traybakes, hotel and restaurant kitchens roasting in volume, caterers and cloud kitchens, and schools and training kitchens that need identical trays for every workstation.

Pack advice

Trays wear faster than tins, so it makes sense to order enough to rotate them and keep spares. Moving from 12 to 48 or 72 units lowers the unit price, up to about 20% below the 12-unit price on the 144 pack. For mixed sizes in one carton or a quantity between packs, request a quote. To check a tray in your own oven first, order a paid sample.

Care tips

  • Let trays cool before washing to help prevent warping.
  • Hand wash non-stick trays and avoid metal scourers.
  • Use baking paper or a silicone baking mat for sticky or sugary bakes.
  • Dry stainless steel and aluminium fully before stacking.
