The aluminium sheet is light to lift, and the shallow rim keeps food on the tray while leaving the surface easy to reach with a spatula. It is ideal when a large tray would be too big for the job.

Use it for cookies, sambousek, fatayer, garlic bread, a few chicken pieces or reheating leftovers. Slide it onto the oven rack, bake, then lift it out with oven gloves.
