Ways to pay

Card payment

Pay securely by card at checkout. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Your order moves to preparation once the payment is confirmed.

Bank transfer

Choose bank transfer at checkout and place your order. The bank details are shown after the order is placed and in your order confirmation email.

• Use your order number as the payment reference, so we can match your payment quickly.
• Please pay within 3 working days. Orders not paid within that time may be cancelled.
• We prepare your order once payment is confirmed.

Currency and VAT

All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include 5% VAT. You can view prices in SAR, QAR, KWD, BHD, OMR, USD or EUR for reference, but checkout and payment are always in AED. If you pay from a non-AED account, your bank or card provider sets the exchange rate and any fees.

Quotes

For quoted orders (mixed cartons, other quantities or custom requirements), the quote sets out the total in AED and how to pay. Request a quote.
