These terms apply to every order placed on bakewarewholesaleuae.com (the "website"), which is operated by Concept Bath Trading FZE, 113 Detroit House, Motor City, Dubai, UAE ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order or accepting a quotation, you agree to these terms.

1. Wholesale supply

The website supplies bakeware and baking supplies in wholesale quantities, mainly for business use, including professional kitchens, catering, training, events and resale. Individuals may also order on these same wholesale terms. Products are sold in packs of 12, 24, 48, 72 or 144 units, or as a single paid sample. Other quantities and mixed cartons are supplied by quotation only.

2. Prices and VAT

All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include VAT at 5%.
Prices shown in other currencies (SAR, QAR, KWD, BHD, OMR, USD, EUR) are for reference only. You are charged in AED.
Delivery is AED 25 per order within the UAE, free on orders of AED 300 or more, and is shown at checkout.
We may change prices at any time. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order, or the price in an accepted quotation while it is valid.

3. Pricing and description errors

We take care to show correct prices and descriptions. If we find an error in the price or description of a product you've ordered, we'll contact you before preparing the order. You can then confirm the order on the corrected terms or cancel it. If you cancel and have already paid for the affected items, that amount is refunded in full. We are not obliged to supply products at an obviously incorrect price.

4. Order acceptance and preparation

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email confirms that we've received it.
A contract is formed when we accept the order and start preparing it.
We may decline or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error, suspected fraud, non-payment or an item we can't supply. Any amount paid for items we don't supply is refunded in full.
Orders are prepared once payment is confirmed. Most items are ready to dispatch in 2–3 working days. Lead times are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

5. Payment

We accept card payments, processed securely by Stripe, and bank transfer.
For bank transfer, our bank details are shown after the order is placed. Payment must reach us within 3 working days of the order; otherwise the order may be cancelled.
Please use your order number as the payment reference. Bank charges on your side are your responsibility.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel free of charge until we've prepared your order. Once prepared, the order is final and can't be cancelled. If you cancel a paid order before it's prepared, the payment is returned to the original payment method.

7. Delivery and risk

We deliver within the UAE. UAE delivery usually takes 1–3 working days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates.
You must provide a complete delivery address and a contact number, and make sure someone is available to receive the goods. If a delivery can't be completed because of incorrect details or no one being available, we'll contact you to rearrange it, and additional delivery costs may apply.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes to you once we've received full payment.
For orders over AED 2,000, we send photos or video of the prepared order before dispatch.

8. Quality guarantee and returns

All sales are final for change of mind, because every wholesale order is prepared specifically for the customer.
Damaged, faulty or not-as-described items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with photos or video. We'll replace or exchange them at our cost, including delivery.
Items must be in their original packaging, except units opened for inspection.
We don't give cash refunds, except for an item we can't supply, which is refunded in full.
Paid samples (1 unit at the retail price plus delivery): the full sample cost is credited back on an order of AED 2,000 or more placed within 30 days.

Our full policy is on the returns and quality guarantee page. Nothing in these terms affects any rights you have under UAE law that cannot be excluded.

9. Product information and use

Product photos are for illustration, and colours can look slightly different on different screens. Dimensions are approximate. Use and care for each product as described on its product page, including any temperature limits. Products are made from food-safe materials where stated on the product.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by UAE law, our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for the products in that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, business or goodwill, or for loss caused by misuse, incorrect care or use outside the stated limits. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Privacy

We handle personal data as described in our privacy policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the website when you place your order applies to that order.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
