Delivery charges

AED 25 flat per order for UAE delivery.
Free delivery on orders of AED 300 or more.

The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Prices, including delivery, are in AED and include 5% VAT.

Where we deliver

We deliver across the UAE, to all seven emirates. If you're outside the UAE, please contact us before ordering.

How long delivery takes

Preparing your order

Every order is prepared and packed for you in Dubai once payment is confirmed. Most items are ready to dispatch in 2–3 working days. The lead time is shown on each product page.

Delivery after dispatch

UAE delivery usually takes 1–3 working days after dispatch. Working days exclude weekends and UAE public holidays. Delivery times are estimates, and we'll keep you updated if anything changes.

Photos or video before dispatch

For orders over AED 2,000, we send photos or video of your prepared order before it leaves us, so you can see exactly what's on its way.

Receiving your delivery

Give a complete delivery address, including the business name, building and unit, and a mobile number the driver can call.
Make sure someone is available to receive the delivery.
Check the cartons on arrival and open the order as soon as you can.

If something isn't right

Report damaged, faulty or not-as-described items within 24 hours of delivery, with photos or video, to sales@bakewarewholesaleuae.com or on WhatsApp +971 52 245 1890. We'll replace or exchange them at our cost, including delivery. Please keep items in their original packaging, except units opened for inspection. Large or mixed orders

For quantities outside our standard packs or mixed cartons, request a quote and we'll confirm pricing and delivery together.
