Paid Samples: Check Before You Buy in Bulk
Why order a sample
A photo can show you a cake tin. It can't tell you how heavy it feels, how the coating looks under your kitchen lights or whether it fits your oven racks. Before you commit to 48 or 144 units, a sample lets you check exactly that.
How paid samples work
- Every product page has a sample option for 1 unit at the retail price.
- Delivery is charged as normal: AED 25, or free if your order reaches AED 300.
- Samples are prepared and dispatched like any other order, with most items ready to dispatch in 2–3 working days.
Get the full sample cost back
If you place an order of AED 2,000 or more within 30 days, we credit the full sample cost back to you. Mention your sample order number when you place the larger order or request a quote, so we can apply the credit.
Good to know
- Sample prices are retail prices. Wholesale prices apply from 12 units.
- Samples are covered by our quality guarantee: report damaged, faulty or not-as-described items within 24 hours of delivery.
- Like all orders, samples are final for change of mind.
