The stainless steel body has a shallow rim that holds cooking juices and keeps food on the tray, while leaving the surface easy to reach with a spatula or serving spoon.

Use it for roasted potatoes and chicken on a weeknight, baked fish with vegetables, or trays of sambousek and fatayer for guests. Slide it into the oven and lift it out with oven gloves when done.
