A low rim around the flat base keeps bakes on board while leaving easy access for a spatula, and the gold finish looks smart enough to serve from. At approx. 35 x 24 cm and 4 cm deep, it fits most household ovens.

The carbon steel body has a non-stick coated finish, so cakes and bakes come away from the flat base more easily and washing up is quicker. Let it cool before washing, and use soft utensils to protect the coating.
