The rectangular black pan comes with a roasting rack that lifts chicken, meat or kebabs off the base, so juices collect below while the food roasts. Two side handles give a firm hold when you lift the pan with oven gloves.

Use the rack for roasts and grills, or remove it to bake vegetables, potatoes and lasagne directly in the pan. The non-stick coating helps food release more cleanly and makes washing up quicker.
