Product details

Give dough and cookies a non-stick surface with this FITTO textured silicone baking mat. Roll out pastry, knead bread dough or bake cookies on it, with less need for baking paper.

The mat is made from silicone in blue with a raised leaf texture across the surface. At approx. 40 x 30 cm it covers a good area of the counter or a baking tray, and the texture helps it grip while you work.

Use it for cookies, sambousek and fatayer dough, bread, fondant and pastry work, especially in Ramadan and before Eid when baking is busy. It can also line a baking tray for cookies and pastries in place of baking paper.
