Turn rolled dough into a tray of matching shapes. This FITTO stainless steel cookie cutter cuts biscuits, pastry and fondant with a clean, even outline.

The cutter measures approx. 8 x 8 x 3 cm, a generous size for biscuits that look good on a plate. Stainless steel holds its shape, so every cookie comes out the same, and the 3 cm depth is enough for thicker shortbread dough.

Dip the edge in flour, press straight down into the dough and lift away. If a piece sticks, the open top lets you push it out gently with a fingertip.
