The pan is made from carbon steel with a non-stick coating and measures approx. 24 x 24 cm with walls about 7 cm high. Its chamfered corners and side latch let the ring open and lift away, leaving square cakes and brownies standing on the base.

It is the natural choice for cakes, brownies, cheesecakes and desserts that need an easy release, and for any cake that would break if it were turned upside down.
