Product details

Bake sheet cakes and brownies that come out in one piece with this FITTO grey silicone rectangular cake mould. The flexible walls bend away from the bake, so it lifts out whole and ready to slice.

It is made from flexible silicone and measures approx. 28 x 18 x 6 cm, with two side handles moulded into the ends. Its 6 cm depth suits sponge cakes, brownies, basbousa and loaf cakes for family tea or guests.

For a steady bake, place the pan on a flat oven tray before pouring in the batter, and carry it by the handles with the tray underneath. Once the bake has cooled, bend the walls gently away and it slides out in one piece, ready to slice.
