Product details

Release whole cakes with ease using this FITTO cream silicone rectangular cake mould. Its flexible walls bend away from the bake once it has cooled, leaving clean edges ready to cut and serve.

It is made from flexible silicone and measures approx. 28 x 18 x 6 cm, with two side handles moulded into the ends. The soft cream colour looks fresh on the counter, and the 6 cm depth suits sponge cakes, brownies and loaf cakes.

For a steady bake, place the pan on a flat oven tray before pouring in the batter, and carry it by the handles with the tray underneath. Once the bake has cooled, bend the walls gently away and it slides out in one piece, ready to slice.
