Serve cheesecakes and layered cakes with smooth, clean sides using this FITTO round springform cake pan. Instead of turning the cake out, you open the side clip and lift the ring away.

The pan is made from metal with a silver finish and measures approx. 24 cm across with walls about 7 cm high. The side clip tightens the ring around the base while baking or chilling, then loosens it so the cake stays standing on the base.

It is the classic choice for baked New York style or chilled cheesecakes, mousse cakes and delicate layered desserts that would break if inverted, from a family weekend bake to dessert for guests.
