Product details

Serve cheesecakes and layered desserts with clean, smooth sides using this FITTO round springform cake pan. Instead of turning the cake out, you release the side and lift the ring away.

The pan is made from carbon steel with a non-stick coating and measures approx. 24 cm across with walls about 7 cm high. A locking side latch tightens the ring around the removable base for baking or chilling, then loosens it so the cake stays on the base.

It is the natural choice for cheesecakes, mousse cakes and delicate layered sponges, and for any cake that would break if it were turned upside down.
