Straight, smooth sides around a flat base give level cakes with no ridges. At approx. 24 cm across and 6 cm deep, it holds a family-size sponge.

The pan has a smooth gold coated finish that wipes clean easily after baking. Let it cool fully after baking, then wash it by hand and dry it well to keep the finish looking good for the next bake.
