Product details

That golden, glossy finish on homemade buns and pastries comes from an even coat. This FITTO pastry brush spreads egg wash, butter, glaze and oil smoothly over everything you bake.

The flat brush head is made of natural bristles that hold liquid well and lay down a thin, even layer without tearing delicate dough. A light natural wooden handle with a hanging hole is comfortable in the hand.

At approx. 20 x 4 x 2 cm, it is the right size for baking trays, pie tops and pastry sheets.

Use it for egg wash on maamoul and buns, butter on filo and kunafa, glaze on fruit tarts, and oil on flatbread and meat before grilling.
