Product details

Serve cheesecakes and layer cakes that keep their shape. This FITTO springform cake pan opens at the side, so you can release a delicate cake without turning it upside down.

It is made of carbon steel with a dark grey non-stick coating, a side clip release and a removable base. Close the clip to form the ring, bake, then open it and lift the ring away from the cake.

Use it for baked and no-bake cheesecakes, layer cakes, mousse cakes and tarts. At approx. 20 cm across and 8 cm deep, it suits a family-size celebration cake.

Hand wash with a soft sponge and dry well, and avoid metal utensils and abrasive pads to protect the non-stick coating. You receive one springform cake pan with its base.
