Product details

Serve cheesecakes and delicate cakes with clean, neat edges. This FITTO springform cake pan in black opens at the side, so the ring lifts away and the cake stays on the base.

A side clip tightens the round ring around the base for baking and opens it for release, so there is no need to turn a soft cake upside down. At approx. 24 cm across and 7 cm deep, it holds a family-size cheesecake.

The carbon steel body has a non-stick coated finish, so cakes and bakes come away from the ring and base more easily and washing up is quicker. Let it cool before washing, and use soft utensils to protect the coating.
