Bake for sharing. This FITTO rectangular baking pan in gold is sized for brownies, basbousa, sponge cake and traybakes that cut neatly into squares for the family or guests.

Straight sides and a flat base give an even bake from edge to edge, and the rolled rim gives a firm hold with oven gloves. At approx. 28 x 18 cm and 6 cm deep, it fits most home ovens and holds a generous tray.

The carbon steel body has a non-stick coated finish, so cakes and bakes come away from the sides and corners more easily and washing up is quicker. Let it cool before washing, and use soft utensils to protect the coating.
