Product details

Bake a ring cake that looks as good as it tastes. This FITTO large fluted ring cake mould in off-white shapes a sculpted, fluted ring with a hollow centre, ready for a simple glaze or a dusting of icing sugar.

Deep flutes run around the outside of the large ring, and the centre tube carries heat into the middle so the cake bakes evenly. At approx. 26 cm across and 10 cm deep, it holds a generous cake for a big family or guests.

The carbon steel body has a non-stick coated finish, so cakes and bakes come away from the flutes and centre tube more easily and washing up is quicker. Let it cool before washing, and use soft utensils to protect the coating.

Use it for ring cakes and decorative sponge cakes such as marble, vanilla, orange or saffron cakes, glazed or dusted with sugar, for family tea time and Eid tables. The pack contains one large fluted ring cake mould in off-white, approx. 26 x 26 x 10 cm.
