Evenly fluted sides run around the ring and a centre tube helps the middle bake through evenly. When you turn the cake out, the flutes form a sculpted crown, approx. 24 cm across and 8 cm deep.

The carbon steel body has a non-stick coated finish, so cakes and bakes come away from the flutes and centre tube more easily and washing up is quicker. Let it cool before washing, and use soft utensils to protect the coating.
