Product details

Make heart-shaped layer cakes and mousse desserts with this FITTO set of three stainless steel cutting rings. They are a lovely way to mark an anniversary, an engagement or a family celebration.

The rings are made from stainless steel and come in three sizes of about 25, 20 and 16 cm, each about 6 cm high. The straight walls hold layers of sponge, cream and mousse in place until set, and the rings nest together for storage.

Because the rings are open at both ends, you can also use them to cut a large sponge into a shaped layer or to stack fillings directly on a serving plate. Simply slide the ring upwards and the dessert keeps its shape.

Wash and dry the rings thoroughly after use and store them nested together. In the box: 3 FITTO stainless steel heart-shaped rings in graduated sizes.
