It is made of flexible silicone in light grey. The round pan has a fluted edge and a small grip tab for lifting. The silicone is flexible and suitable for oven use, so the tart releases cleanly once cool.

Use it for fruit and custard tarts, spinach and cheese pies, and quiches for family lunches and gatherings. At approx. 28 x 26 x 3 cm, it fits a standard home oven, and the silicone stacks or rolls flat in a drawer when not in use.
