Product details

Turn layered desserts into flower-shaped centrepieces with this FITTO set of three stainless steel cake rings. The petal outline makes a mousse or layered cake look decorated before you add a single topping.

The rings are made from stainless steel with straight walls about 6 cm high and come in three graduated sizes, with the largest approx. 25 x 25 cm. Use one ring at a time for a single dessert, or all three for a tiered display.

Because the rings are open at both ends, you can also use them to cut a large sponge into a shaped layer or to stack fillings directly on a serving plate. Simply slide the ring upwards and the dessert keeps its shape.
