Make neat filled pastries without pinching every edge by hand. This FITTO dumpling press mould set shapes and seals filled dough in one simple fold.

The set includes three white plastic (PP) press moulds and a small wooden rolling pin. Roll out a circle of dough, lay it on the mould, add your filling and fold the mould shut to seal a crimped edge. The crimped edge keeps the filling inside while frying or baking.

Use it for sambousek and fatayer during Ramadan, dumplings and half-moon pastries for family meals, or sweet filled pastries. Each mould measures approx. 10 x 10 x 2 cm. The small rolling pin is handy for rolling individual circles.

Wash by hand and dry, and keep the wooden pin dry. You receive 3 press moulds and 1 small wooden rolling pin.
