Product details

Baking day often needs two kinds of cut: a clean straight line and a pretty crimped edge. This FITTO double wheel cutter gives you both in one hand-held tool.

One end carries a fluted zigzag crimping wheel for decorative edges on pastry, ravioli and cookies; the other a plain cutting wheel for pizza, flatbread and straight strips. The wheels are steel and the handle is plastic.

At approx. 16 x 6 x 3 cm, it is small enough for precise work around shapes and stores easily in a baking drawer.

Use it for pie lattices, crimped samboosa and fatayer edges, homemade ravioli and pasta strips, cookies and pizza at weekend baking sessions with the family.
