It is made of light aluminium in silver. The mini moulds and the larger plain mould sit inside the pan, which keeps them steady going in and out of the oven and lets the whole set store as one. Aluminium is light to lift, even when the pan is full, and the plain silver finish lets you see the bake colour as it browns.

Use the fluted mini moulds for individual cakes, crème caramel and jellies, the larger plain mould for a family-size pudding, or the pan on its own for a round cake. The pan measures approx. 28 x 28 x 6 cm and each mini mould approx. 8 x 8 x 4 cm.
